By purchasing The Express Web Revamp, you agree to the following terms:
1.1 Payment
The total cost is $1,500 (pay in full) or $800 (two-part payment plan).
For the payment plan, the second installment is automatically charged thirty (30) days after the first payment.
If the second payment is not received within three (3) business days of the due date, WebMaven Studio reserves the right to revoke the client's license to use the customized design. The client will no longer receive support, updates, or troubleshooting assistance. Continued use of the design without full payment may result in legal action.
1.2 Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable once the project is within two (2) weeks of the scheduled kick-off date. This ensures that our team can allocate time and resources effectively. If you need to reschedule your project, please reach out as soon as possible to discuss alternative dates.
This offer includes customizing one of our templates with your branding (fonts, colors, images, and copy).
The site will have up to five (5) standard pages (e.g., Homepage, About, Services, Portfolio, Contact).
A bonus links page is included.
One round of revisions is provided. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.
This offer does not include custom design, launch support, or domain connection.
All content and brand assets must be provided at least one week before the project start date.
If assets are not provided on time, the project may be delayed or rescheduled.
The client must have an active Showit subscription (use code WEBMAVEN for one month free).
Clients must review and approve work in a timely manner to keep the project on schedule.
The first draft will be delivered in 7 days, with the second week allocated for revisions and finalization.
We are open to rescheduling the project start date upon request, but delays in client response or asset submission may push back the timeline.
This offer does not include post-launch support, but website management services are available separately.
Any additional updates or modifications after project completion will require a separate service agreement.
Clients may not switch templates once the project has started.
Minor section adjustments are allowed, but major redesigns are not included.
Some fonts used in the templates may require separate licensing, and we will provide sources if applicable.
A small "Website Designed by WebMaven" credit will be placed in the footer of the website.
This credit is standard and cannot be removed unless a buyout fee of $250 is paid.
WebMaven Studio reserves the right to showcase the completed website in our portfolio, marketing materials, social media, and website as an example of our work. This includes screenshots, screen recordings, links, and design elements from the project. If you prefer not to have your website featured, please notify us in writing before the project begins.
